In 2022, JF4 Enterprises evolved from our sister company, J&F Fertilizer, founded in 1987 by our CEO and President, Florie and John Nunes. Originating as a custom manure spreading business, J&F Fertilizer expanded to offer a wide range of farming and labor services for the agricultural industry.

Our Team

Florie L. Nunes
Chief Executive Officer

Florie started her career in banking, working her way up to Operations Manager over 18 years, acquiring valuable experience in customer service, sales, and employee management. In 1997, she left that career to co-own J&F Fertilizer with her husband where she handled administrative duties, learned the ins and outs of the agricultural industry, and developed the resourcefulness required in a seasonal business. Notably, she led the diversification of their manure-spreading venture, laying the groundwork for JF4 Enterprises.

Morgan earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. Before her current role, she gained valuable experience at our sister company, J&F Fertilizer, where she expanded her understanding of business through the critical lens of customer service. She actively participated in problem-solving, and contributed to developing practical solutions. Her commitment lies in optimizing efficiency and resource utilization in the pursuit of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Alexa J. Nunes Madruga

Alexa is an alumnus of CSU Stanislaus, holding a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Education, and a Credential in Administration. Prior to her position at JF4 Enterprises, she dedicated seven years of her professional career to serving as a counselor and administrator in various local public schools. This experience honed her skills in people management, systems development, and community engagement, providing her with a robust foundation for her role as the Director of Human Resources.

Megan L. Nunes
Director of Finance

​Megan's extensive career, starting in the aerospace industry and progressing through leadership roles such as COO and CEO at innovative satellite startups, has provided her a diverse industry perspective. Recently, she launched a tech startup focusing on data-driven solutions in agriculture. At JF4 Enterprises, Megan's broad experience is invaluable in contract management, negotiations, and implementing financial protocols, ensuring success for both our employees and customers.

Esmeralda Macias
Administrative Coordinator

Proudly raised in the Central Valley of California, Esmeralda brings over a decade of administrative expertise to every task she undertakes. Before her role at JF4 Enterprises, she garnered valuable experience as a Counseling Technician and Administrative Assistant. With a passion for cultivating genuine connections, she believes in the power of relationships to transform both work and life. She approaches every interaction with warmth, professionalism, and a touch of Central Valley hospitality.
